Welcome to my practice

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, the goal of my practice is to assist individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing emotional or behavioral problems and who are interested in the pursuit of self-exploration and personal growth.

There are many reasons to consider talking with a counselor or therapist. You might be feeling lost and without a sense of control in your life. You might be suffering emotional pain or maybe you’ve struggled to find a sense of meaning or purpose. You might be having difficulty managing life in general and feel “stuck” about how to change. Counseling can help.

Counseling, or therapy, is considered a collaborative, cooperative, problem-solving process, actively involving both the client and counselor, to bring about emotional and behavioral change. As your counselor, my role is to guide your interpersonal process of exploration, insight, healing and change. Following a thorough evaluation of your history, and with the development of a solid therapeutic relationship, we will work together through the process of integrating my clinical knowledge with your unique needs and experiences to develop the best treatment plan for you.
